Vox Populi, Songs of the Revolution

Simply put, the music is twisted and wonderful
— Time Out New York

New York Innovative Theater Award Nominee Christian De Gré (Fatty Fatty No Friends) and critically acclaimed company Mind The Art Entertainment (Beware the Chupacabra, Whiskey Pants: The Mayor of Williamsburg) partner on a new song cycle once again (A Drink with Death, Twisted Operettas) highlighting peoples various and often conflicting voices in modern day America. Collaboratively written by poets, lyricists, activists and scholars of diverse cultural, racial, political and social backgrounds, Vox Populi takes us on a journey through ten corners of America and the cries of its people. Starring a mix of Broadway veterans, Feinstein’s/54 Below regulars and Mind The Art all stars Vox Populi is a bittersweet tapestry of our very own making.
